AU's Military Response Force

Good move. However there should be a serious control on the part of AU. It is unfortunate that many African leaders could do any thing to remain in power until thy kigdom come; so while a rapid response team is necessary but AU must set up a team of experts specilizing in politics history and development of all African countries whose job is to independently peruse reason for request of a rapid response team by any country’s president! If it is found that indeed situation demands release of AU rapid response team then it should be so however if it is found that it is the president of the country in question is the problem the mandate of the African Response team should be of different form and the president suspended from the African Union to ensure a check on abuses by self stiled super men! AU members should also watch the funding of such a force let it not be like the way some countries fund AU itself.
