Synagogue Building Collapse- Victims family to take TB Joshua to court for compensation

Synagogue Building Collapse- Victims family to take TB Joshua to court for compensation Well what happened in Synagogue was quite unfortunate and one could only wish that such never happens and my sincerest condolences to all bereaved families. Talking about suit for possible compensation the families and legal representatives should realize that since the mishap took place in Nigeria that the suit must be filed in the jurisdiction where the event happened and when that is considered my advice to the families and legal representatives is to be abreast with the Nigeria law on Building under construction. . The legal representatives should first check whether the church had a public liability on the building in question. If yes then a legal action is simply an exercise in futility as it is known that what suppose to take care of third parties in such a case is public liability insurance and my advice is where that insurance is in place the lawyer may help just to speed up the payment that is if it is necessary because that job should be for the broker that placed the insurance in the insurance company! However where the church negligently did not have such insurance in place it means either Pastor TB Joshua or the church is his own insurer and as such the liability of compensation lies on his person or the church and as such a legal action is necessary to compel the church to pay compensations to the families of the deceased. My advice to the General overseer, Pastor TB Joshua is that where he does not have a public liability insurance he should reach an out of court settlement with families of the bereaved as much as he can since he is his own personal insurer and even where he has an insurance apart from facilitating speedy payment to the bereaved families he should also add something to alleviate the pains the families are going through since life is irrplace4able.
