LYBYA THE TRIUMPH OF PEOPLE'S WILL

TRIUMPH OF PEOPLES’ WILL IN LYBIA AND WARNING TO SIT TIGHT SELFSTYLED SUPERMEN IN AFRICA AND ELSEWHERE.

In my earlier write up on Libya shortly before the end of Egypt’s MUBARAK saga (www.intellectlawcreations.com) where I urged Col. Ghadaffi to start without delay the process of democratic reforms in Libya but as expected, a super man is not supposed to listen to the word of a common man; but it is now clear to Col,. Ghadaffi himself that he was mistaking and has underestimated the power of the unflinching will of the people and that once the wheel of the people’s determination to freedom and self-determination moves it would only take the whole earth to stop the slow but sure grinding of this wheel!
Let me say a big BRAVO!!! to the people of Libya and BRAVO! BRAVO! To the leader of the peoples’ resistance to the will of the self styled super man.

To the new leader of Libya, you must however be reminded that you have a responsibility to ensure the following:
A)    To show serious restrain as regard war prisoners particularly loyalist of Col. Ghadaffi, you must understand that many who were loyal to Col. Ghadaffi did so for the fear of their limbs and body. So you must assess correctly all who were irrevocably loyal to the downed dictator and deal accordingly and all who were loyal to save their limbs and body should be given a new lease of life instantly. In fact apart from those who died in action, all captured Ghadaffi loyalists should be given a fair trial and those who decamped on their own and show reasonable remorse should be given instant freedom. Don’t forget you fought for the freedom of all Libyans.
B)     You have irrevocably helped the Libyan people to a brand new beginning of unprecedented democratic life and freedom and you must pursue this course to a conclusive end with all the vigor you can muster. Do not try in any way to start to ascribe to your self the status of a super man because you are not. You should establish a robust government to do basic rebuilding of Libyan shattered infrastructures. But besides this, you are to put all machinery in motion for an all inclusive new Libyan constitution and thereafter a general election to various tiers of government as is spelt out by the new constitution. All these should be planned and implemented within two years and to show anew direction to the Libyan people you should not stand in the election.

BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!!! The Libyan People as we look forward to a democratic free Libya.
